1. General specification

XY-A type Hydrostatic pressure level gauge all adopts high performance pressure core as sensitive unit. They have reasonable industrial structures which are all stainless steel sealed. The amplifying circuit has been laser compensated which can assure the measured data reliable. Electrical connection cable applies military anti-corrosion air-conduction cable, so back-pressure chamber directly connected with the atmosphere.  The XY-A type hydrostatic pressure level gauge are especially suitable for various industrial tank liquid measurements. These type products can transmit the measured pressure to 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal, and be combined with other instruments to achieve automatic control.

 

These type products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, textile, metallurgy, electric power, water conservancy, environmental protection, beer and ships tanks, etc.

Class 0.1, the basic error is ±0.1;

Class 0.3, the basic error is ±0.3;

Class 0.5, the basic error is ±0.5 (basic error is showed by percentage).

(4) Hot zero drift

When the condition temperature is out of the working temperature range, the transmitter’s zero drift value can be not bigger than 0.03%FS/ °C.

(5) Hot sensitivity drift

   With high accuracy, good stability; The sensor can realize temperature compensation in temperature 0~65°C, and through circuit compensation, it can eliminate the effects which because of temperature drift.

(6) Insulation resistance

During the defined temperature range, the insulation resistance value between the transmitter ends and ground can’t be less than 20MΩ/250V.

(7) Explosion-proof performance

 Instrument explosion-proof performance conforms to the Exia II CT4.
